To cancel Kayo, you must use the method that matches how you pay (e.g., directly through the website, Apple App Store, or Google Play). Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
1. If You Pay Directly (via Credit Card/Website)
Most users fall into this category. You now manage this through Hubbl, the account system for Kayo.
Open a web browser and sign in to Hubbl My Account (hubbl.com.au/my-account).
Select "My Account" from the menu.
Scroll to your Kayo subscription and click "Cancel".
Follow the prompts and click "Confirm".
Note: Ensure you see a "Success" screen. You will also receive a confirmation email.
2. If You Pay via Apple App Store (iPhone/iPad)
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name/Apple ID at the very top.
Tap "Subscriptions".
Select "Kayo Sports".
Tap "Cancel Subscription".
Important: Apple requires you to cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
3. If You Pay via Google Play (Android)
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon in the top right.
Tap "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions".
Select "Kayo Sports".
Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the instructions.
4. If You Pay via Telstra
Sign in to My Telstra (app or website).
Go to "Services" and find "Your Subscriptions".
Select "Kayo" and click "Manage" or "Cancel".
Access Continues: You can still watch Kayo until the end of your current billing cycle, even after you cancel.
No Refunds: Partial months are typically not refunded.
Verification: Always check your email for a cancellation confirmation to ensure the process is complete.
